I have been off sick from work since Tuesday and all I have been craving is fruit carbs and yogurt. Today I completely gave in and gave my body what it obviously needed.
Breakfast
1/3 Cup oats, 1/3 cup strawberries 2/3 Cup hot water, soaked overnight
2 spoons of yogurt, 1 big handful of bluberries added this morning

all mixed up and followed with a vitamin c drink. It was so good I couldnt face having hot oats when I woke up feeling hot and sticky but this was so tasty and refreshing first thing in the morning. It was kind of like a Jamie O recipe from Return of the Naked Chef, called Pukolla I used to make it alot when I had early starts for uni.
Lunch 
Melon, Blueberries and Ginger, followed by ....
Homemade Cinnammon Raisin (well saltana really) bread (tasty)
Toasted and topped with Bee Knees PB and Bananas, seriously delicious. I think Bee Knees is my favourite PB and Co flavour that Ive tried, but I have only tried this one and Vanilla heaven. I will be so sad when this jar finishes. I enjoyed it so much Ive packed it in my lunchbox for tomorrow.
Tea
Spicy(less) Veggie burgers. Made with Chickpeas, Onions, Carrots and Sweetcorn but no Cumin!They had no kick to them but actually the Garlic and the Corriander gave it plenty of taste and it was very lovely meal enjoyed by myself and my Ma. Plus there was plenty left over to freeze and eat another day.
Ill be glad to get back to work tomorrow Ive been a bit stir crazy, even though I have greatly appriciated this time to rest and relax a bit it will be good to get out the house.
Hope everybody is well and if you celebrated it had a lovely Thanks giving. Im quite jealous I think we should have thanks giving here, its such a nice positive celebration.
